Overall it was nicely furnished with an amazing view. Had a great breakfast by strong Ethiopian coffee, loved the meal. Location: the hotel was just off the "must-eat-at " Ben Abeba restaurant too, the rock hewn churches, and the surrounding mountains.

Traveling to Lalibela for the first time, I had a fantastic experience at Top Twelve Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The highlight was the breathtaking view from my room's balcony, overlooking the valley and mountains. Additionally, the hotel's well-maintained garden and its proximity to the churches made it a convenient and peaceful location. The hotel easily organized airport transfers and provided assistance with tickets and guided tours. The spacious room with good hot water was a comfortable retreat. Highly recommended!
Would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed free parking, breakfast, and the garden view. The bar and restaurant were nice. Also, the hotel had a fire extinguisher, just in case things got too hot.
Was disappointed by the lack of phone, TV, and safe. Sheets were filthy, bugs everywhere.

The hotel's location was absolutely jaw-dropping, with stunning views of a picturesque valley. Sitting on the balcony off our room was mind-blowing. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was super convenient and saved us time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel offered delicious local food and drinks, adding to the overall experience. The amazing sunset views from the hotel were a highlight. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was still tasty and satisfying. The hotel's intimate atmosphere and attention to detail made it a top-notch choice.
